Found the item I want to request a return for a refund

Submit after-sales application

Click on the order details to enter the after-sales application page

 

Upload product information and fill in the reason for requesting a return for a refund
Take a photo and upload a picture of the returned item for refund

After confirming and submitting, the after-sales application is completed

The merchant will review the after-sales information within 3 working days after the application is completed. After the verification is completed, the shipping address information will be submitted to the buyer's [Order Details]. Buyers only need to ship to the shipping address, submit the tracking number, and complete all operations.
Except for platform customized and processed products, the Baoyuan Jade platform for other products provides quick returns within 3 natural days. Buyers can apply for a return within 3 natural days from the receipt of the express delivery, and contact customer service to confirm the returned product information. After being reviewed by Baoyuan Emerald Platform, the baby will be sent back to Baoyuan Operation Center.
After the Baoyuan operation center receives the goods, it will confirm that the baby is not damaged by human beings through identification, and the refund can be processed without affecting the secondary sales. The refund will be returned according to the original path of the buyer's payment. Due to the different bank cards held by the buyer, the refund time may vary. Usually 15 working days, holidays will be postponed.

 

Frequently Asked Questions about Returns and Refunds
● Can I still get a refund if the packaging is missing?
Refunded items must be returned together with all items such as complete packaging, accessories and gifts, identification certificates, etc. If the buyer damages or loses some accessories and gifts, the platform does not support return processing.
● What should I do if the customer does not agree to return the product for a refund?
If a customer applies for a return for a refund, but the merchant does not support the processing, the customer can initiate an application to the platform customer service, and the person in charge of the platform and the merchant confirms whether the return and refund application is reasonable, and provides the processing result within three working days.
● When the customer applies for a return refund, when will the refund be received after the process is completed?
After negotiating with the buyer and agreeing with the customer service department, we will refund the money involved in the online shopping to the buyer's bank account, which will take about 2 weeks (subject to the regulations of the local national bank). Holidays will be postponed.
● Refund
The product is subject to price fluctuations, and the selling price is subject to the amount received by the bank. If there is a price adjustment or promotion in the future, the difference will not be refunded.

When a customer applies for a refund, the amount received will be deducted by the bank for the corresponding management fee, which will be borne by the customer.

● Cancel the order
After the buyer places an order, if he wants to cancel the order for personal reasons, please follow the time limit and process below, and charge the cancellation fee as appropriate:
● Orders will not be cancelled if the item has already been shipped, is in transit, or has arrived at the pick-up point.
● Please submit an application within 12 hours of receiving the order confirmation letter. It will be valid only after it is confirmed that it has not been shipped. The order will not be cancelled if the time limit is exceeded or the order has not been confirmed.
