When you fill in the information, read and agree to this agreement and complete the registration process according to the prompts on the registration page, it means that you have fully read, understood and accepted the entire contents of this agreement, and have reached an agreement with Blingrong Emerald Platform (see the definition in the text for details). Consistently, become a "user" of the Blingrong Emerald platform. During the process of reading this agreement, if you do not agree with this agreement or any of its terms, you should immediately stop the service program

 

1、Definition

1.1 Blingrong crystal Platform: refers to the operator of Blingrong crystal Platform - Shenzhen Blingrong Network Technology Co., Ltd.

Blingrong crystal Platform: refers to the website of Blingrong crystal Platform (https://blingrong.com/) and related clients, APPs and new related network platforms that appear with the expansion of Blingrong crystal Platform.

1.2 Blingrong crystal Platform Services: Blingrong crystal Platform provides you with services including but not limited to the services stipulated in Article 5 of this Agreement.

1.3 Blingrong crystal Platform Rules: including all the rules, specifications, interpretations, announcements, implementation rules, product descriptions, etc. that have been published and subsequently released on the Blingrong crystal Platform.

1.4 The same user: If the same identity authentication information is used or the actual controller of multiple accounts is determined by the Blingrong crystal Live Broadcasting Platform to be the same person, they are all regarded as the same user.

1.5 Commodities: refers to the physical goods or processing services that users can legally trade on the Blingrong crystal platform.

1.6 Seller: refers to the subject who sells goods to users on the Blingrong crystal Platform.

1.7 Purchasing party: refers to the main body that purchases designated commodities on behalf of users on the Blingrong crystal Platform.

 

2、The subject of the contract

2.1 This agreement is signed by you and Blingrong crystal Live Streaming Platform, and this Agreement is binding on both you and Blingrong crystal Live Streaming Platform.

2.2 Under this agreement, the operator of Blingrong crystal Live Streaming Platform may be changed according to the business adjustment of the platform. The changed operator of Blingrong crystal Live Streaming Platform will continue to provide services to you in accordance with this Agreement, and will not be liable to you. Any rights under this Agreement are affected. The operator of Blingrong crystal Live Streaming Platform may also add new services because of the provision of new Blingrong crystal Live Streaming Platform services. If you use the newly added Blingrong crystal Live Streaming Platform services, it is deemed that you agree to the newly added Blingrong crystal Live Streaming Platform. The Operator performs this Agreement together with you.

2.3 In the event of a dispute, you can determine the performance subject, the counterparty to the dispute, based on the specific types of services you use and the specific behavior object that affects your rights and interests.

 

3、Registration and use of user accounts

3.1 User qualifications

3.1.1 You confirm that you have the capacity for civil conduct required by the laws of the People's Republic of China to suit your behavior before registering an account on the Blingrong crystal Live Streaming Platform. If you do not have the aforementioned capacity for civil conduct, you and your guardian shall bear all the consequences arising therefrom in accordance with the law.

3.1.2 You confirm that you are not the subject of trade restrictions, sanctions or other laws, regulations and rules imposed by any country, international organization or region, otherwise you may not be able to register and use Blingrong crystal Live Platform services normally.

3.2 Account Description

3.2.1 After you fill in the corresponding information according to the registration page, read and agree to this agreement, and complete all the registration procedures, you can obtain an account of Blingrong   crystal   Live Streaming Platform and become a user of Blingrong crystal Live Streaming Platform.

3.2.2 You have the right to log in to the Blingrong crystal Live Broadcasting Platform using the mobile phone number and password that you have set and confirmed.

3.2.3 When you log in to Blingrong crystal Live Streaming Platform, it is deemed that you allow Blingrong   crystal   Live Streaming Platform to perform the following operations:

3.2.4 Due to your account information, you can transfer your account only when there are express provisions of the law, judicial judgment or written consent of Blingrong crystal Live Platform, and in accordance with the relevant rules of Blingrong crystal Live Platform. . Once your account is transferred, the rights and obligations under the account will also be transferred.

3.2.5 In order to enable you to better use the services of Blingrong crystal Live Streaming Platform and ensure the security of your account, Blingrong crystal Live Streaming Platform may require you to complete the corresponding real-name authentication in accordance with Chinese laws.

3.2.6 You understand and agree that you are obliged to ensure the authenticity, validity and timeliness of account information, and must not violate national laws and regulations and relevant rules of Blingrong   crystal Live Streaming Platform. Under the circumstance that the law clearly requires Blingrong crystal Live Streaming Platform as a platform service provider to verify user information, Blingrong crystal Live Streaming Platform will check and verify your account information from time to time in accordance with the law, and you should cooperate. Any consequences caused by the untrue personal information you fill in yourself shall be borne by you, and Blingrong crystal Live Broadcasting Platform shall not be held responsible for this.

3.3 Principles of Account Use

3.3.1 Comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, and shall not use the Blingrong crystal Live Streaming Platform to produce, upload, copy, publish, disseminate or reproduce the following content:

(6) Spread obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigate crime;

Intimidation, threats, extortion, slander, malicious comments and other acts that violate the law or disrupt the normal operation order of the platform.

3.4 Account Security

3.4.1 Your account password is set and kept by you, and Blingrong crystal Live Broadcasting Platform will not actively ask you to provide your account password. 7、Change, Cancellation and Termination of Agreement

If you do not agree with the changed agreement, you have the right to contact the consultant of Blingrong crystal Live Platform for feedback within 15 days from the date of receipt of the notice. If the feedback is adopted, Blingrong crystal Live Platform will adjust the changed agreement. . If your opinion is not adopted or you still do not agree with the adjusted agreement, you should stop using the Blingrong crystal Live Platform service before the adjusted agreement officially takes effect, and relevant changes and adjustments will not have effect on you. If you continue to use the services of Blingrong crystal Live Broadcasting Platform after the change or the adjusted agreement officially takes effect, it is deemed that you agree to the changed or adjusted agreement.

7.2 You have the right to cancel or terminate this Agreement by:

(1) When meeting the account cancellation conditions of Blingrong crystal Live Streaming Platform, cancel your account by contacting an exclusive consultant;

(2) After this agreement is changed or adjusted, you stop using it and expressly do not want to accept the change or adjustment;

(3) You express your unwillingness to continue to use the services of Blingrong crystal Live Streaming Platform, and meet the termination or cancellation conditions stipulated in this agreement.

7.3 Under the following circumstances, Blingrong crystal Live Broadcasting Platform may notify you of the cancellation or termination of this Agreement through the notification method stipulated in Article 10 of this Agreement:

(1) The user information, avatar, nickname, product information, purchasing service supply and demand information, live broadcast comments, delivery address, order evaluation and other content that you fill in violate laws and regulations or national policy requirements, or are obviously lacking authenticity or fraudulent ;

(2) Your malicious behavior, inappropriate behavior, and violation of the legitimate rights and interests of others will bring potential danger to the normal operation of Blingrong crystal Live Streaming Platform and the normal use of other Blingrong crystal Live Streaming platform accounts, such as embezzling others. crystal Live platform account, credit card cash out, money laundering, fraud, spoofing, malicious comments, slandering or attacking other users, uncivilized language, uncorrected wrong behavior after warning, leaving personal contact information without authorization (including but not limited to WeChat signal, mobile phone number, QQ number, email, etc.), abnormal login;

(4) If you violate the relevant stipulations of this agreement, Blingrong crystal Live Broadcasting Platform has the right to seal up your account in accordance with this agreement and the supplementary agreement;

(5) Other circumstances that should cancel or terminate this agreement.

7.4 After the cancellation or termination of this agreement, for the unfinished transaction orders generated by you during the existence of this agreement, Blingrong platform can notify both parties of the transaction by email, and decide whether to close the transaction order according to their wishes. If the counterparty of the transaction requires continued performance, you shall continue to perform this agreement and the contents of the order until the transaction of the transaction order is successful, and you shall be responsible for any losses and possible increased costs arising therefrom.

 

8、Settlement of Disputes

8.1 The interpretation and application of the terms of this Agreement and the Supplementary Agreement, as well as disputes related to this Agreement, shall be governed by the laws of the Mainland of the People's Republic of China, excluding the use of its conflict of laws rules.

8.2 If there is any dispute between the two parties under this agreement and the supplementary agreement, Blingrong crystal Live Broadcasting Platform will negotiate with you to resolve it. If the negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the court where the Blingrong crystal Live Broadcasting Platform is located.

 

9、Notice

9.1 Your effective contact information is:

(1) The contact information (including but not limited to email address, contact number, contact address, etc.) provided when you register or use the services of Blingrong crystal Live Streaming Platform. If there is any change, you should update it in time, otherwise the above-mentioned relevant contact information registered last time is your valid contact information;

(2) The account for receiving station internal messages and system messages generated when you register as a user of Blingrong crystal Live Streaming Platform.

9.2 Blingrong crystal Live Broadcasting Platform will deliver various notices to one of you or some of your contact information in 9.1 of this Agreement. 10、other

10.1 Due to the rapid development of the Internet, the terms set out in this agreement signed by you and Blingrong crystal Live Broadcasting Platform cannot fully cover the rights and obligations of both parties, nor can they fully meet the trends and needs of future development. Therefore, other specifications, statements and rules announced by Blingrong crystal Live Broadcasting Platform are supplementary agreements to this Agreement, which are inseparable from the Agreement and have the same legal effect. If you use the service of Blingrong crystal Live Streaming Platform, it is deemed that you agree to these terms.
