This ("Policy") applies to the ownership and operation of Blingrong Crystal Platform.
Blingrong Crystal Platform will handle the return procedures for the products that meet the return and exchange conditions; for the products that do not meet the return conditions, Blingrong will deal with it according to the specific situation, including not handling the return application.
When the product has the following problems:
1. If there is a defect in the product, the anchor is not described in the live broadcast room, or if the description is too small, you can contact the customer service of the merchant to solve it or apply for a return;
2. If the product received by the buyer does not match the product purchased in the live broadcast room, please check the order first. If the order is correct, you can contact the customer service of the merchant manufacturer to solve it or apply for a return;
3. If the arrived goods are damaged (non-artificial), you can contact the manufacturer's customer service to solve or apply for a return;
4. If the merchant is required to provide the product identification or testing certificate, the merchant did not provide it when receiving the goods, and you can contact the platform customer service to solve or apply for a return;
5. If glass or other synthetic material is suspected (providing a legal verification certificate for self-testing), you can contact the merchant customer service to solve or apply for a return;
6. After receiving the product, if you find the lack of accessories, you can contact the customer service of the merchant to solve it or apply for a return;
7. After receiving the product, the buyer finds that the size, version or size is wrong, and after providing the corresponding photo certificate, he can contact the merchant's customer service to solve or apply for a return;
Return Shipping Policy
The buyer receives an item that does not match the purchased item, and we will refund your return shipping fee.
If the buyer finds that the item is damaged or the accessories are missing, apply for a return, and we will refund your return shipping fee.
There is evidence that the product is different due to the unclear description of the merchant. If you apply for a return, we will refund your return shipping fee.
Return Refund Policy
Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped to you for returns to be accepted.
Returned items must include all items sent, certificates, accessories, packaging, giveaways, etc.
We will not accept returned items that are lost or fail to be returned to the platform.
We will not directly accept refunds until we receive the returned goods without confirmation.
If there are missing product accessories that cannot be returned, refunds will not be supported;
Buyers will not be refunded if the buyer accidentally causes friction, cracking, damage, pollution, etc. when wearing the product;
No refunds will be given for any changes caused by the buyer's abnormal care or excessive care of the item after purchase;
All items must not be resized or altered in any way, polished, or in any way that would affect the next sale. We do not offer return refunds for these items.
Within 3 working days after the application is completed, the platform will review the after-sales information. After the verification is completed, the shipping address information will be submitted to the buyer's [Order Details]. The buyer only needs to ship according to the shipping address and fill in the form. Return the courier number, and all the operations are completed.
The refund will be returned according to the original path of the buyer's payment. Due to the different bank cards held by the buyer, the refund time may vary. Usually 15 working days, holidays will be postponed.

Refund acceptance: Send the item back: The application is valid within 3 natural days after the platform receives the goods
The following items cannot be returned for a refund
As these items are bespoke services, we cannot accept the following returns unless they arrive damaged or defective:
Customized or personalized order items
Raw processed goods
Special promotions clearly state that returns are not supported
